While the Renault Sport F1 Team revealed their 2018 challenger, the RS18, former driver Jolyon Palmer celebrated by listening to The Beatles hit, “Eleanor Rigby” 163 times, according to his public Spotify profile.
Based on time stamps, his powerful private listening party began in perfect sync with Renault’s announcement of the new car – with each play of the track getting it’s very own playlist!
The song has a run time of just over two minutes, bringing the total celebration time to roughly 5 and a half hours for the former driver. Not to let things get repetitive, however, he slipped in one play of “Landslide” by Fleetwood Mac at the 3 hour mark.
