A newly invigorated Kimi Raikkonen made a splash during a pre-season interview as he drew a line in the sand, declaring that he would continue fighting to become the 2018 WDC until the end of winter testing.
When asked if he would be aiding Sebastian Vettel in his bid to be the 2018 World Driver’s Champion, Raikkonen said, “Bwoah… absolutely not. Not until the season begins.”
Fans hoping to see Kimi become a two-time world champion were buoyed by the news, with one particularly hopeful Tifoso adding that, “it would be great to see Vettel have some sort mental breakdown or disqualification mid-season.”
